Perfectly comfortable location to a store in the morning, you can walk everywhere. Everyone who works in the hotel is competent and attentive. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with separate bedroom, refrigerator, nice amenities and care about everyone.

The room was kept clean and available with a separate bedroom, 2 queen beds, TV. The location was magnificent and marvellous, just next door to Fredericksburg downtown and historic battlefields and sites as well as a shopping stores.

We had a large and brand-new room, also there were a living room and a couch. The hotel had a nice and absolutely perfect location to the DCA airport. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding.
Shame the bathroom was dirty.
